Refund Policy

The 14-Day Soul Contract Realignment is covered by a 30-day full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a complete refund of the US$ 97 you paid within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. You do not need to explain your reason, and you keep access to nothing you are not entitled to — access is simply closed once the refund is issued.

1. the subject line "Refund Request";
2. the email address used at checkout;
3. the order number or the date of purchase.

That is the only step required. We confirm every request within 48 hours. Requests may also be sent from the Contact page.

Approved refunds are submitted to our payment provider within 2 business days of your request. The credit then appears on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The charge on your statement appears as [SOULCONTRACT].

Requests received after the 30-day window fall outside the guarantee. You are still welcome to write to us — we review exceptional situations case by case.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We resolve nearly every case faster than a bank dispute and we will always honor a valid refund request inside the guarantee period.
